Adamski & Conti is a nationally-known law firm concentrating in criminal trials, civil trials, and appeals. They have successfully litigated before the United States Supreme Court on behalf of the Cook County Democratic Party, and have represented many high profile criminal defendants, including John Wayne Gacy and Marisol Reynolds. The partners are law professors at the University of Illinois College of Law where they teach the death penalty and a litigation skills course. They have extensive media experience and hosted an award-winning radio show for four years in Chicago in addition to appearing on Dateline, Good Morning America, Montel Williams, and Leeza Gibbons. Greg and Karen produce and host "Legally Speaking", a weekly legal talk show on 720 WGN.

Karen Conti was voted one of the 40 Lawyers under 40 to Watch and one of "The 100 Most Influential Women in Chicago." Mr. Adamski was the 2001 recipient of the prestigious Elmer Gertz Award for representing the poor and advocating civil rights. They are married to each other and live in Oak Park.
